ARPCE (the Posts and Electronic Communications Regulatory Agency) is the national regulator of the postal and telecommunications sector in the Republic of the Congo. Its portal is the institution's official showcase: missions, regulation, publications and sector news.
What was delivered
As part of an engagement with Elonga Victorious Communication (Oct.–Dec. 2024), I delivered the agency's official portal and its related sites: institutional information architecture, regulatory sections and publication spaces.
