Context
ARTF is the technical body of the Ministry of Finance in charge of regulating the money-transfer sector in the Republic of the Congo. Its portal carries the agency's institutional voice: missions and history, regulatory texts, quarterly sector reports, and information for operators and the public.
What was delivered
As a software developer within the agency since September 2025, I designed and built the complete redesign of the portal: a new information architecture (institution, regulation, publications, news), a structured document space for sector reports and regulatory texts, and a modernized interface. Production rollout is being finalized.
